· Clearing of Non-Ferrous metals such as Copper, Zinc, Lead, Nickel, Tin, Cobalt, Stainless Steel including scrap,    components spare parts, raw–material chemical (Hazardous) and consumable items.

· We have vast experience in clearing project machinery of all kind including second – hand in C.K.D/S.K.D    conditions.

· To inform you the customs duty amount and arrange to pay immediately on receipt of the same from your   end.

· To arrange for custom examination at the docks prior to clearance for physical verification of cargo to tally   with    shipping documents.

· To arrange for labour, forklift, crane, security watchman for safety of your cargo.

· To maintain close liaison with port trust, steamer agents, Insurance co. and other agencies involved.

· To protect your interest against any damage, pilferage of the cargo, by forwarding notice of claim promptly   to the   various Agencies such as Insurance co., carriers, port trust, etc., supported by necessary survey for   assessment of   loss.

· To arrange for Transit Insurance. Where required.

· To prepare all Bond and other allied papers as and when required by the customs according to the rules  and    regulations.

· Your visit to customs or docks will not be required, save for technical explanation, which we will try to cover   to the    maximum extent. Only under most unavoidable circumstances, your representative may be required   to be present    at the time of processing the papers at customs, we shall endeavor to clear your material   within the free time    provided you make arrangements to furnish all the documents and also arrange for   payment of all charges well in    advance.

· Filing bills of entry / shipping bills with customs.

· Assessment of the bill of entry.

· Conducting open examination of consignments.

· Assist in payment of customs duties, custodian charges and airlines charges etc.

· Liaisioning with airline consolidation agents/steamer agent on arrival status and obtaining delivery order.

· Processing customs Bond (viz P.D, Test, DD, DEEC, EPCG Bond etc.)

· Supervise and ensure proper handling of the consignments during loading to the trucks to avoid damage or     deterioration of the goods.

· Clearance of the consignment.

· Ensure delivery of the cleared good to clients` factory in time.

· Submitting detailed statement of pending clearances if any.

· Give consultancy and advice on imports.

· Depute representatives whenever assistance is required.
